The control part of automatic batching is the system software, which is the preliminary designer's full investigation of the production process, as well as the prediction of various emergencies that will occur in the process of use, to write a simple and rationalized program. And through the dynamic picture, the actual data is transmitted to the industrial control computer in real time to ensure the reliable operation of the system, and complete the material feeding, conveying, unloading, mixing and other processes. The industrial control function with a well-designed program can precisely control the speed of the motor. When the blanking does not reach the set value, high-speed blanking is used. When it is close to the system required value, the PLC jog control mode is used to blank the material. When the batching value is slowly reached, The motor stops turning.
