Pulse pneumatic conveying system has high productivity (material to gas ratio M can reach 30~300), long conveying distance (up to 500m), low air consumption, low conveying wind speed (generally only 1~2m/s), and less pipe wear. During the conveying process, the material is not easy to be broken, and the energy consumption is low, so it is a promising pneumatic conveying method. Pneumatic conveying pipeline is mainly divided into ash conveying pipeline and compressed air pipeline 1. The ash conveying pipeline and compressed air pipeline generally use ordinary seamless steel pipes, and the welding requirements of the pipelines are in accordance with the relevant specifications. 2. For the long straight pipe section not specified in the design drawing, a connecting flange should be installed every 20m or so. 3. The ash conveying pipeline should be installed according to the design drawing. If it is necessary to change due to the on-site situation, the written approval of the design unit must be obtained.
